Michael's journey with Somic started while he was living in the USA, where he came across the concept of Small Batch Skincare. Inspired by this, he brought the idea back to Australia, and the timing couldn't have been more perfect. During the COVID-19 period, he dedicated his time to developing products and formulas, laying the foundation for Somic. Founded in Perth, Western Australia, Somic specialises in handmade, small-batch formulas for various purposes, using only vegan-friendly ingredients derived from nature.

Crafting with Purpose

Somic's DNA revolves around producing fresh products with organic essential oils, avoiding the use of "perfume" or "fragrance" as loopholes for unnatural ingredients. Through their small-batch process, Somic minimises waste, ensuring freshness, and creating formulas designed for their intended purpose.

The environment is a significant part of Somic's identity. All bottles are multipurpose, with no plastic-wrapped labels. Using an advanced UV printer, they print directly on each bottle. Refills are plastic-free and biodegradable, aligning with their commitment to sustainability.
