From Kitchen Dreams to Reality

Parmi & Pasta is the brainchild of Dushyant Singh and his wife, Priyangini. With extensive experience managing various kitchens across Sydney and Perth, the duo decided to channel their culinary expertise into their own venture. 

They’ve set out on this journey with the aim of making a mark in the Perth food market scene, confident that their passion for cooking will win over many taste buds.

Crafting Culinary Delights

At Parmi & Pasta, the highlight of the menu is their mouth-watering Lamb Ragu. This signature dish is slow-cooked for 10 hours, ensuring a rich, tender, and flavourful experience with every bite. Their meticulous preparation process is a testament to their dedication to quality and taste. 

But, if you're craving something a little different, their cheesy pull-apart garlic bread is an absolute winner. These are the perfect meals to warm up to during a winter market!

The Great Debate: Parma or Parmi?

We couldn’t resist asking Dushyant and Priyangini the burning question that has divided food lovers across Australia: Is it 'Parma' or 'Parmi'? With a laugh, they firmly weighed in on the side of 'Parmi.' “We’re all about the Parmi here,” says Dushyant. “It’s a name as hearty and comforting as the dish itself!” So, there you have it, folks—Parmi & Pasta has officially taken a stand in this delicious debate.

Looking Ahead & A Special Discount

The future looks bright for Parmi & Pasta. With aspirations to expand and open another food truck within the next two years, Dushyant and Priyangini are on a mission to bring their delectable dishes to even more food enthusiasts across Perth, starting with Garden & Gourmet.
