Having the right insurance coverage ensures you're protected and helps keep our events safe and enjoyable for everyone. Here’s a comprehensive guide to help you understand what you need.

Public Liability Insurance

All stallholders are required to obtain Public Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $10 million. This insurance is essential as it protects you against claims of personal injury or property damage that might occur during the market.

Optional Coverage Under Our Insurance

We understand that obtaining your own insurance can sometimes be challenging, especially for those just starting. Therefore, we offer the option for stallholders to come under our insurance for the day of the event for a small fee of $35.00. You can easily opt for this by ticking the appropriate option box in the application section for the market.

Exceptions – Business Categories That Need Their Own Insurance

Please note that our insurance does not cover the following business categories:

  • Children’s Toys
  • Animal Feeds
  • Beauty Products
  • Food and Beverages

If you fall under any of these categories, you must obtain your own insurance coverage. This is to ensure comprehensive protection tailored to the specific risks associated with these products.
