Once you have hit that button you’ll be taken to a page for new user registration.

You’ll need to fill in all the sections of this form, then hit Submit.

Once you have hit Submit, an automated e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided. Proceed to the next step to verify your email.

Find the verification e-mail that our automated system sent you, and follow the instructions to activate your account. If you haven’t received the e-mail within 5 minutes, please check your junk mail folder to see if it is there.

Occasionally the activation link will work, but the browser doesn't correctly redirect you to the login page. If this is the case, you can still log in through the main page if the account has been activated.

After activating your account, login to the portal using your username and password chosen in Step 1 and proceed to the next step.

Fill in all the information in the Edit User Details form. All fields marked with an * are compulsory.

If you do not have a website, Facebook page, Twitter handle, Instagram username or Etsy shop name, leave these blank. If you do, please follow the text instructions below each field to fill them in correctly (if you do not, the links on any public facing website will not work correctly).

Once you have filled in all the fields, hit the Save button at the bottom of the page. You will be taken back to where all details are listed and be able to view the information that you have provided to us.

As your business changes in the future, you can come back to this page to edit your details and keep them up to date.

As part of our application process we need to be able to view your work, so we ask that you provide a minimum of 3 images to us. There is no maximum so if you would like to provide additional images to support your application, please do so.

To add images please click the + Add button to the right of where it says User Photos.

Add your images. You can only add one image at a time. Make sure to fill in all fields marked with an *. Once you have done so, hit save.

Your images are used when selecting vendors for events, and may also be used on some public facing websites that market visitors look at ahead of events. So the better photos you upload, the more applications you'll have that are successful and also the better your brand looks online! Be sure to keep your photos up to date as your business evolves over time.

Once your profile is completed, the images will sit below the events you are eligible to apply for.

After adding a minimum of 3 images, you can apply for the event dates on the main page.

The site show only events you are eligible to apply for based on the event type and the category of your business (based on what the event is accepting – e.g. handmade only events will only be visible to handmade businesses).

All events are listed by the organisation hosting the event. To see upcoming market dates click the "Show details and upcoming market dates" button (circled in red).

When you hit this button it expands to show the information for that particular event series. Where there is an upcoming event date that you have not applied for, which is still open for application, there will be a blue Apply Now button next to that event.

After selecting "Apply Now" you will be taken to the page shown adjacent to apply for the event. Fill in all fields and hit Save. Repeat this process for all events you wish to apply for.
